We are pleased to inform you that we are arranging room blocks at select hotels in Windsor. Currently the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn are available for hotel blocking. Program
We are excited to share our special day with you! Below is the itinerary for the wedding day, including the shuttle schedule and details about the money dance.

Shuttle Schedule
The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. We have arranged a shuttle service to transport guests from the Hampton Inn to the venue. The shuttle will make two trips:
- First Shuttle Departure from Hampton Inn3:50 PM
- First Shuttle Arrival at Venue4:10 PM
- Second Shuttle Departure from Hampton Inn4:30 PM
- Second Shuttle Arrival at Venue4:50 PM
Each trip takes approximately 20 minutes each way. Please be ready at the Hampton Inn 10 minutes before the scheduled departure times.
Money Dance
We will be having a traditional money dance during the reception. This fun and interactive tradition allows guests to wish us well by pinning cash onto the bride and groom as they dance. We are excited to share this wonderful tradition with you!
In Filipino culture, the money dance signifies both contributing to the couple’s future and a bid of good fortune. Additionally, 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Hospicio de San Jose Charity.
This charity houses orphans, special needs kids and adults, and the elderly. Mica's family has supported this charity over the years by buying school supplies, providing food, and organizing days of entertainment. We would like to use the proceeds from the money dance to buy school supplies for the children.
Wedding Color Schemes
We kindly request formal attire for our wedding. However, we understand that the weather may be warm, so please feel free to choose lighter fabrics and more comfortable options. Gentlemen, think about skipping the jacket and opting for a dress shirt and tie. Ladies, consider breathable and elegant dresses. We want everyone to feel comfortable while celebrating with us.
